摘 要:通过有关试验研究及查阅国内外近期文献资料,概述分析熊果酸在医药领域的研究进展。熊果酸属五环三萜类化合物,具有广泛的生物活性,抗肿瘤活性是其最主要的药理作用,其抗肿瘤作用是多方面的,并且资源丰富,开发应用前景广阔,但是在动物体内熊果酸生物利用度较低,需通过化学修饰的方法,进一步提高熊果酸的抗癌活性和生物利用度,此方面的研究将是熊果酸系列抗癌药物研发的重要步骤及未来开发的一个方向和热点,熊果酸有望成为一种高效低毒的抗肿瘤新药。Depending on the correlative experiments and referring to the pertinent domestic and foreign literature in recent years,then summing up with analyzing the development of Ursolic acid researching in medical field. Ursolic acid is a pentacyclic triterpenoid compound, it has broad biological activity, its main pharmacological effects is antitumor activity,and its antitumor effects have multifaceted characteristics,and it is rich in source with broad prospect for utilizing and developing,but ursolic acid's bioavailability in vivo is low,it needs the technique of chemical modification to further improve the antitumor activities and its bioavailability, This field will be an important step in researching ursolic acid series of anticancer drugs,and will be a future development direction and hotspot of ursolic acid, and ursolic acid is being expected to become high efficiency and low toxicity as a new antitumor drug.
