摘　　要：信用担保机构对缓解中小企业融资难起了积极作用,然而目前中小企业信用担保体系并不健全。文章回顾了中国信用担保机构的建构历程和取得的成就,然后通过SWOT分析法分析了中国担保业优劣势和面临的机遇和挑战,提出了从担保机构、政府、担保协会三方面发展中国担保业的一些建议。The credit guarantee agencies to alleviate SME financing difficulties play a positive role, but the current SME credit guarantee system is not sound. This paper reviews the credit guarantee agencies of the history and achievements, analyses the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and challenges of the guarantee industry through SWOT, suggests developing the guarantee industry through cooperation of the guarantee agencies, the government, the guarantee association.
