摘 要:一种特殊空心杯电机的电枢是由导电材料制成的杯子,为了研究其电磁阻力矩特性,研制了不同磁路结构、转子材料和转子长度的样机。样机实验表明:四极空心杯电机的电磁阻力矩大于二极;电磁阻力矩和转子长度成正比;电磁阻力矩与转子材料电导率的关系与理论分析尚有出入,有待进一步验证。The armature of the special moving - coil machine was a cylinder cup made of conductive metal. In order to study the torque - speed characteristic of the special moving - coil machine, a few prototypes with different poles number and shape of permanent magnet, different rotor material and different rotor length were developed, the torque - speed characteristics of these prototypes were tested, the relationships of the special moving -coil machine torque -speed characteristic with the poles number and shape of permanent magnet, the conductivity of the rotor material and the rotor length were analyzed. The test showed that the electromagnetic torque of the prototype with four magnet pole number was greater than that of the prototype with two magnet pole number, the electromagnetic torque was changed with the rotor length linearly, the relationship of the electromagnetic torque with the conductivity of the rotor material need to be tested and analyzed further.
