16例慢性咽囊炎的鼻内镜下等离子低温射频治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性咽囊炎的鼻内镜诊断及鼻内镜下等离子低温射频消融术(RFA)对慢性咽囊炎的疗效。方法收集16例慢性咽囊炎患者接受等离子低温射频治疗,并进行半年随访,评价治疗效果。结果症状完全消失者14例,症状明显改善者1例,症状无明显改善者1例,治疗总有效率93.8%。结论对慢性咽囊炎,鼻内镜诊断是一种较为准确的方法;鼻内镜下等离子低温射频消融是一种有效的治疗手段。Objective To discuss the efficacy of nasal endoscopic diagnosis and temperature - controlled radiofrequency ablation （RFA） therapy for chronic pharyngeal bursitis. Methods Collected the data of 16 patients suffering from chronic pharyngeal bursitis with RFA and evaluated therapeutic efficacy after Six months＇ follow up. Results 14 patients＇ symptoms disappeared. The total effective rate was 93.7%. Conclusion Nasal endoscope and endoscopic RFA therapy are effective in diagnosis and therapy of chronic pharyngeal bursitis.
