摘　　要：目的探讨自制的营养液在重型颅脑损伤患者实施肠内营养支持的临床应用,及其优越性和可行性。方法选择本科住院重型颅脑损伤患者70例,随机分成营养液组和对照组。通过鼻饲方法,观察营养监测指标在研究组和对照组的变化。结果营养液组营养指标改善明显,临床疗效良好,不良反应少。结论营养液更符合生理需要,可明显改善患者的营养状态,提高营养物质的生物利用度,有助于患者的康复。Objective In order to know the clinical usage, advantage, and feasibility of self- made enteral nutritional liquid for patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods The 70 in - patients with severe brain injury were randomly divided into the self-made enteral nutrition group and control group, and by nasal feeding, the rarities of the monitoring nutrition index were observed. Results There was a significant nutrition improvement in the self - made enteral nutrition group and the clinical effect was very well, and the side effect was less. Conclusion Using self - made enteral nutritional liquid were physically more suitable for patients with severe brain injury , and it can effectively improve their nutritional conditions, and the bioavailability of nutrition, and this, was helpful for the recovery of the patients.
