甲醇制二甲醚的负载型杂多酸催化剂制备及其性能研究

摘　　要：制备了以γ-Al2O3为载体的负载型杂多酸催化剂,并对其进行了表征和活性评价。研究结果表明,当十二钨硅酸质量分数为10%～16%时,催化剂的活性最佳,此时甲醇脱水制二甲醚的最佳工艺条件为反应压力0.70～0.80MPa、反应温度280～320℃、质量空速1.5～2.5h-1。A supported heteropolyacid catalyst is prepared, with γ-Al2O3 as the cartier of the catalyst, and its surface features and properties are evaluated. The results show that when the mass fraction of dodecatungstosilicic acid is 10% - 16%, the activity of the catalyst is at optimum, and then the optimod process conditions for dehydration of methanol to give dimethyl ether are： reaction pressure 0.70 - 0.80 MPa, reaction temperature 280 - 320 ℃, and mass space velocity 1.5 - 2.5 h^-1.
