摘　　要：分析了3W-3BT1卧式三柱塞往复铜液泵出现异常响声的原因,介绍了该泵主轴承的拆检过程和主轴轴颈堆焊修复工艺。修复后,异常响声消失,各项指标正常,设备运转平稳。The causes are analyzed for the unusual noise in the Type 3W-3BT1 horizontal three-plunger reciprocal cuprammonia liquor pump, and a description is given of the process of dismantling the main shaft for inspection of the pump and the technology for restoration by weld-on of the main shaft neck. After the repair, the unusual noise fades away, all indicators are normal, and the rotation of the equipment is smooth.
