摘  要:采用X射线法对汽轮机转子近表面的残余应力进行了测试,结果表明,不同的加工方式,其残余应力的状态和分布是不同的。应用环芯法和X射线法测试了汽轮机转子的残余应力,其结果是相近的,环芯法是目前国际通用的测试方法,值得采用。X-ray method is used to test the residual stress at near surface of steam turbine rotor and test results Show that the state and distribution of residual stress are different for different machining method. Both ring core method and X-ray method are used to test the residual stress of steam turbine rotor and similar results are obtained with these two methods. At present, ring-core method is an internationally accepted testing method and worth for application.
