摘  要:利用X光CT(Computerized Tomography)技术无损伤地探测了堆浸体系中的矿岩散体介质,采集了矿岩散体介质孔隙结构图像。采用三维重构技术中的体绘制方法,提出了三维重构技术路线,利用MATLAB环境编写程序完成了矿岩散体介质及其孔隙结构的三维重构,实现了孔隙结构的可视化。结果表明所采用的体绘制方法原理简单,编程实现方便,重建速度快,能够真实有效地显示矿岩散体介质复杂的孔隙结构特征,并为多场耦合作用下堆浸过程中相关规律的三维数值模拟提供可靠的物理模型。The ore granular media in heaping leaching column was scanned nondestructively by X- ray computerized tomography and the pore structure images of ore granular media were collected. Based on the volume rendering method of reconstruction techniques, the relevant reconstruction route was put forward and the three-dimensional reconstructions of ore granular media and its pore structure were carried out by programming with MATLAB software. As a result, the pore structure of ore granular media was visualized clearly. The results indicate that the volume rendering method adopted can reveal the complicated pore structure characteristics of ore granular media in a real and effective way, and also provide reliable physical model for three-dimensional simulation of heap leaching processes under multi-field coupled actions.
