摘 要:以FCSMC浮选柱作为关键反浮选设备,在鞍钢弓长岭选矿厂进行了磁铁精矿提铁降硅工业试验,采用一粗二扫工艺流程可使铁精矿品位提高到69.15%,SiO2含量降至4.40%,铁回收率达到95.81%,且指标稳定,流程简化,证明了该设备的先进性和可靠性。In the commercial tests for iron-increasing and silica-reduction of magnetite concentrates in Gongchangling Mineral Processing Plant of Anshan Steel Group, a flotation column, FCSMC, was used as the main equipment for reverse flotation. Adopting a flowsheet with one-stage of rougher and two stages of scavenger, a concentrate with a iron grade of 69.15% and a iron recovery of 95, 81% was obtained, meanwhile, the SiO2 contents in the product was reduced to 4.40%. This simplified flowsheet shows stable performance, which helps to prove the technical advantage and reliability of FCSMC.
