摘  要:为解决硼泥对环境造成的污染问题以及充分利用硼泥中的镁元素,采用硫酸与硼泥高温煅烧反应制备氢氧化镁。研究了煅烧温度、煅烧时间、液固比对镁的浸出率的影响,发现煅烧温度为300℃、煅烧时间为2h、液固比为2:1左右为宜,此时镁的浸出率为88%。浸出液经除杂后制得镁精液,以氢氧化钠为沉淀剂制得氢氧化镁,镁精液中镁的回收率达到91.17%。硼泥中镁的综合回收率可达80%。经XRD检测确定沉淀产物为氢氧化镁,经分析氢氧化镁产品质量符合标准HG/T3607—2000。由SEM检测可知:未烘干的氢氧化镁颗粒直径不到1μm,烘干后的氢氧化镁颗粒呈不规则球状,颗粒直径大约70—90μm。Magnesium hydroxide was prepared by high temperture calcination reaction of sulfuric acid and boron mud to solve the enviroment pollution caused by boron mud and fully utilize magnesium in boron mud. The effects of calcination temperature, calcination time and liquid-solid ratio on the leaching rate of magnesium were studied. It is found that under the optimum conditions of calcintion temperature 300 ℃, calcination time 2 h and liquid-solid ratio about 2:1 the leaching rate of magnesium is 88%. The magnesium concentrated solution was prepared after impurity-removal of the leaching liquid, in which the recovery of magnesium reaches 91.17% and magnesium hydroxide was prepared, using sodium hydroxide as precipitator. The overall recovery of magnesium in boron mud can reach 80%. The precipitate is magnesium hydroxide verified by XRD measurements and its quality meets the standards of HG/T3607 -2000 by analy- sis. The results measured by SEM show that the diameter of the undried magnesium hydroxide particles is less than 1 μm while the diameter of the dried ones is approximately 70 -90μm with irregular round form.
