摘 要:针对国内铝土矿资源保障程度与开发利用科技发展战略中的决策问题,提出了解决决策问题所需的决策模型,建立了适合我国铝业产业发展状况、铝土矿资源的开发利用情况的宏观管理模型、铝工业金属产品产量对技术经济指标的敏感性分析模型、铝工业金属产品生产的技术水平综合评价模型和铝工业产业整体科技发展水平的评价模型。结合中国铝业公司资源综合开发和循环利用现状,建立了铝土矿资源保障程度与开发利用科技发展战略决策模型,最后通过实例分析和论证验证决策模型的可行性。In view of the security extent of domestic bauxite resources and decision questions during exploitation and utilization of technological development strategy, a strategy model required for overcoming strategy questions was A macro-management model suitable for development conditions of domestic aluminum industry and exploitation and utilization conditions of bauxite resources, an analytic model based on the sensitivity of metal product and production of aluminium industry to the technical-economical index, a comprehensive evaluation model of the technical level of metal production of aluminum industry and an evaluation model of the overall technical development level of aluminum industry were set up. A decision model for security extent of bauxite resources and technical development strategy for exploitation and utilization was set up combining the present conditions of resource comprehensive exploitation and circulating utilization of Aluminum Corporation of China. The feasibility of the decision model was analyzed and verified by instance lastly.
