摘  要:介绍了湛江东兴石油企业有限公司二套常减压蒸馏装置减粘装置的腐蚀情况,指出了装置腐蚀泄漏的原因是减粘裂化反应中伴随着非活性硫化物向活性硫的反应,分解生成的活性硫腐蚀性强,是减粘装置的主要腐蚀源。高温酸和裂解油气是腐蚀发展的促进因素。针对装置腐蚀产生的原因,提出了将塔体内衬材质升级为0Cr13,短接升级为321,减粘反应下游换热器壳体喷铝及管束更换成渗铝管等防护对策。The corrosion in the visbreaking unit of No. 2 atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit in Zhanjiang Dongxing Reining & Chemical Co. , Ltd is described. The main culprit of corrosion leakages is the corrosive active sulfur formed in the pyrolysis in the inactive sulfur to active sulfur reactions in visbreaking process. The high - temperature acid and cracked gas are the promoting factors of corrosion development. Based upon the causes of corrosion, corrosion protection measures have been implemented such as upgrading the liner material of breaker column to 0Cr13 and material of coupling to steel 321, applying aluminum spray on the shells of heat exchangers downstream of visbreaking reaction and replacing exchanger tubes with aluminum - diffused tubes etc.
