康复训练对认知功能障碍患者的影响

摘　　要：目的观察康复训练治疗认知功能障碍(CI)患者的短期疗效。方法采用随机、双盲、对照实验法,将60例符合入组标准的认知功能障碍患者随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组仅予常规药物治疗,实验组在此基础上予综合康复训练。用MMSE量表和ADL量表评定两组病人的总体认知功能水平和日常生活活动能力,并分别于治疗的第3个月、第6个月、第12个月进行监测,比较这两项指标在各组治疗前后的差异及组间差异。结果实验组和对照组治疗前MMSE及ADL评分差异无显著意义。实验组治疗6个月的MMSE评分高于本组治疗前MMSE评分,也高于对照组治疗6个月的MMSE评分(P<0.05)。实验组治疗12个月的MMSE评分与本组治疗6个月的MMSE评分比较差异无显著意义(P=0.602)。实验组治疗12个月的ADL评分低于本组治疗前的ADL评分,也低于对照组治疗12个月的ADL评分(P均<0.05)。结论康复训练在改善CI患者总体认知功能及日常生活活动能力方面均有短期的疗效。康复训练对CI患者的长期疗效有待进一步研究。Objective To study the short-term effect of rehabilitative training on patients with cognitive impairment. Method A double-blind, randomized controlled trial was designed for the study, Sixty patients with cognitive impairment were randomly divided into two groups： control group received routine medical treatment, the experimental group received routine treatment and complex rehabilitative training. The cognitive function and the activities of daily living were evaluated by MMSE and ADL respectively. Scores of these two scales were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Result The MMSE scores and the ADL scores before treatment were not significantly different between two groups. The MMSE scores of experimental group in the 6th month were higher than those before treatment and also higher than those of control group in the 6th month （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in 12th month （P=0. 602）. The ADL scores of experimental group in the 12th month were lower than those before treatment, and also lower than those of control group in the 12th month （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitative training can improve the cognitive function and the activities of daily living for short term in patients with cognitive impairment. The long-term effect of rehabilitative training on patients with cognitive impairment needs further studying.
