摘  要:对水溶性Ni催化剂存在下的克拉玛依常压渣油加氢裂化反应不同反应时间反应产物中的催化剂进行了分离和抑焦活性评价。结果表明,在反应时间为1和2h时,Ni催化剂主要存在形式为NiS和Ni3S2;反应3h后,NiS成分相对减少,Ni3S2成分相对增加,Ni3S8晶粒的衍射峰强度在不断增强;反应时间为4h时,主要存在的晶体类型是Ni3S8;不同晶体类型硫化态催化剂的抑焦活性不同,水溶性Ni催化剂存在下的克拉玛依常压渣油加氢裂化反应最适宜的反应时间为1-2h。The dispersed Ni catalyst was studied for slurry phase hydrocracking of Karamay residue, the catalyst was separated at different reaction time and be characterized. It was inferred that, the water-soluble salts turned into NiS and Ni3S2 after one hour or two hours reaction respectively. While after reaction 3 h, the crystal of NigS8 was appeared in the catalyst, and after reaction 4 h, the catalyst was mainly made up of NigS8. It was also concluded that the coke restraining ability of the catalyst containing different kind crystal would be different, and the proper reaction time of Karamay residue hydrocracking with dispersed Ni catalyst is 1-2 h.
