小柴胡汤抗尿道致病性大肠杆菌感染作用的初步观察

摘　　要：目的：观察小柴胡汤对尿道致病性大肠杆菌（ｕｒｏｐａｔｈｏｇｅｎｉｃＥ．ｃｏｌｉ，ＵＥＣ）增殖作用和它对人类尿道上皮细胞粘附效应的影响；方法：采用体外抑菌试验和ＵＥＣ尿道上皮细胞粘附试验；结果：小柴胡汤对大肠杆菌的增殖及ＵＥＣ对尿道上皮的粘附效应均有抑制作用；结论：小柴胡汤可能有抗泌尿系统感染的效应。Objective: To study the effects of Xiaochaihu Decoction(XCHD)on uropathogenic E. coli(UEC). Methods: In vitro bacterial inhibition test and in vitro adhesion of UEC to human uro-epithelial cell assay were used to investigate the anti-infectionary effects of XCHD. Results: Proliferation inhibitory effect of E. Coli treated with XCHD, and a significant reduction in number of UEC to human uro-epithelial cells was observed in the XCHD treated group at a non-inhibitory concentration of the medication in comparison with the control groups. Conclusion: It is possible that XCHD could act against urinary infection.
