摘  要:干扰素是一种具有广谱抗病毒、抗肿瘤和免疫调节等活性的细胞因子,能通过多种机制影响肿瘤细胞功能,促进免疫细胞的活性。干扰素是一个大的基因家族,可分为3型,主要包括IFN-α、IFN-β和IFN-γ等。基因工程干扰素已广泛地应用于病毒和肿瘤性疾病的临床治疗,取得了明显疗效。科研工作者在研究其作用机理及治疗效果外,也在不断探索基因工程干扰素在临床应用方面的新途径,改善和提高临床治疗效果。Interferons (IFN) are critical cytokine and have extensive anti-virus, anti-tumor activities and powerful immunoloregulation action. Interferons can affect tumor cell functions by multiple mechanisms.These cytokines can promote the differentration and activity of host immune cells. Interferons are a family of related cytokines that mediate a range of diverse functions, which divide into types Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ ,mainly including IFN-α, IFN-β and IFN-γ. The genetic engineering interferons were widely used in the treatment of patients and animals with some types of cancer and viral diseases, since it was discovered by Isaacs and Lindenmann in 1957. Researchers study the mechanism of action and therapeutic efficacy of interferon, at the same time, they also constantly explore genetic engineering interferon in the clinical application of new approach for the enhancement of clinical therapeutic efficacy.
