摘  要:目的:研究阿托伐他汀在小鼠颈动脉粥样硬化形成中的作用。方法:40只雌性C57BL/6小鼠,于左侧颈动脉外置入鞘管后随机分为对照组和阿托伐他汀钙药物干预组(10mg·kg-1·d-1,他汀组)。饲以高脂饮食12周后,进行血清学检测并留取双侧颈动脉标本进行HE染色和细胞间黏附分子(ICAM-1)检测。结果:一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)、内皮型一氧化氮合成酶(eNOS)他汀组较对照组升高,而巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)、丙二醛(MDA)较对照组减低(均P<0.05)。对照组小鼠左侧颈动脉HE染色可见明显颈动脉粥样硬化形成,ICAM-1染色阳性;而他汀组未见明显颈动脉粥样硬化形成,ICAM-1染色阴性。结论:阿托伐他汀能够干预小鼠颈动脉动脉粥样硬化的形成。Objective: To study the effect of atorvastatin on mice carotid artery atherosclerosis. Methods: After collar was placed around the left common carotid arteries,40 female C57BL/6 mice were divided into atorvastatin group ( 10 mg·kg^-1·d^-1)and control group. Both side carotid arteries were taken to HE dyeing,ICAM-1 dyeing and serum test after given high cholesterol diet for 12 weeks. Results: The level of NOS and eNOS in atorvastatin group were higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.05 ),but the level of M-CSF and MDA in atorvastatin group were lower than that in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The carotid artery atherosclerosis formation around left carotid artery in control group was proved by HE dyeing, and ICAM-1 dyeing was positive.
