摘　　要：槽筒是纺织机械中的易损部件之一,而酚醛塑料槽筒耐磨性很差是槽筒失效的主要原因,现选用ZL105材料制造槽筒,经表面处理,可获得有优良摩擦学性能的氧化膜层,明显延长了槽筒的使用寿命。In textile machine, groove - drum is one of the important parts which are easy to wearing. The bad wear resistence is the main cause of PF grooved - drum failure. The ZL105 is used to make groove - drum, after groove - drum surface was treated, the oxed films possessed good wear resistance, and the service life could be increased.
