摘　　要：针对某电机在实际工程运行中出现的槽外端部绕组整体变形过大的问题,分析考虑工程中可能存在的实际情况,采用MSC.Patran分别建立相应的模型,利用MSC.Nastran进行有限元仿真计算。另外,还针对有限元模型本身,进行模型合理性分析研究。最后得到相关因素对端部绕组变形影响程度的定量分析,为该型电机的进一步改进提供参考。In allusion to the over - distortion of the dynamotor outer loop when running, related structural parameters and environmental factor had been taken into account by using MSC. Patran and MSC. Nastran, the finite element models were built to analyze all the above instances. On the other hand, the rationality of the finite element models had also been discussed. Finally some measures had been given to the dynamotor structural design to deduce the over - distortion of outer loop.
