摘 要:首次提出了一种基于"人工呼吸床(椅)"实用新型的智能人工呼吸床系统。在机械设计上采用分块式结构设计方法,旨在达到复杂多变参数环境下实验目的;创新地运用伪周期机制,实现与呼吸同步辅助通气功能;考虑到医学临床实验的局限性,对控制系统进行了仿真测试,保证临床实验的安全稳定进行。通过建立腹下托板动作模型和呼吸信号模型,搭建呼吸床仿真系统。仿真结果表明,呼吸床系统运行稳定,辅助通气同步性能较高,但在呼吸频率快速变高时,托板的同步运行明显变得不稳定,为控制算法的进一步优化提供了建议。A New Intelligent Mechanical Ventilation Bed, based on" artificial breath bed (chair)" is introduced for the first time. In order to make experiment in complex and mutative parameter environments, the bed body is designed by using segmented structure method. Using fake - period theory, the assistant ventilation synchronized with breath ventilation is realized. Considering the limit of medicinal experiment, the control system is simulated to insure the safety of clinic experiment. The simulation system is established based on two models: abdomen -splint movement model and breath model. Simulation results indicate that the breath bed can run steadily, and has good synchronization. But there is also a problem: the movement of abdomen - splint will become unstable, when the frequency of breath increases greatly, which offers a good suggestion on optimizing control algorithm.
