摘　　要：研究目的:通过对建国以后中国征地制度的变迁历程分析,对不同时期征地制度变迁的经济社会原因从历史视角进行分析和评价,在此基础上结合现实对征地制度改革中面临的主要命题和需要着力解决的问题进行探讨。研究方法:文献分析法与比较分析法。研究结果:当前中国征地制度不能适应环境的变化,应该改革现有的征地制度,以应对社会的变迁。The purpose of this paper is to analyze and evaluate the social economic reasons of farmland requisition system change at different periods since the establishment of P.R. of China from the angle of historical development. Furthermore, the paper tries to probe into the main proposition and problems to be solved in the reform of farmland requisition system. Methods of documentation and comparative analysis were employed. The results show that the existing farmland requisition system in China can＇t adapt to the social economic change and needs to be reformed,
