摘 要:目的分析与冠状动脉支架再狭窄有关的冠状动脉造影特征,探讨冠状动脉支架术后再狭窄的预测因素。方法分析行冠状动脉内支架植入术并进行冠状动脉造影复查随访的49例病人的造影资料。用单因素和Logistic多因素逐步回归分析方法分析了病人冠状动脉造影的23个变量与再狭窄的关系。结果Logistic回归分析:再狭窄与术前TIMI血流分级、支架直径、支架植入后病变处管腔血流速度呈显著负相关;与病变血管ACC/AHA分型呈显著正相关。结论病人术前TIMI血流分级,支架直径,ACC/AHA病变分型,支架植入后病变处管腔血流速度为支架植入术后再狭窄的预测因素。Objective To study" the relationship between post-stenting coronary restenosis and its relevant coronary angiographic characteristics, and to assess the predictors of restenosis after coronary stenting. Methods Data of 49 patients who had successfully undergone coronary stent implantation were analyzed retrospectively. We used univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis to study the relationship between restenosis and 23 factors of coronary angiographic characteristics. Results Logistic regression analysis revealed that there were negative correlations, between restenosis and TIMI blood stream grade of pathological blood vessels before procedure, stent diameter, and blood flow-rate of pathological blood vessel after coronary stenting, and positive correlations between pathological types of ACC/AHA and restenosis. Conclusion TIMI blood stream grade of pathological blood vessel before procedure, stent diameter, pathological types of ACC/AHA, and blood flow-rate of pathological blood vessel after coronary stenting are the predictors for coronary post - stenting restenosis.
