摘 要:运用循环伏安法研究了不同条件下锰离子在金属钛基底上的电化学行为,结合X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对电解产物表征,探讨了温度、电压、硫酸浓度对电解产物的组分、形貌和颗粒尺寸的影响,结果表明硫酸浓度较温度对电沉积二氧化锰氧化电流起峰电位的影响更为显著,改变反应条件可控制纳米MnO2晶体结构、形貌和颗粒大小。The electrochemical behaviors of Mn(II)on metallic titanium electrode was studied with cyclic voltammetry under different conditions. Based on the characterization of electrolytic products by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM), the influences of temperature, potential and sulphuric acid concentration on ingredients, appearance and grain size of the products were analyzed. It was found that sulphuric acid concentration had stronger impact on the onset peak potential of oxide current than that of temperature during the electrodepositing of MnO2. The crystal structure, morphology and granular diameter of prepared nano-MnO2 were controllable by changing experiments parameters.
