摘 要:采用化学镀技术,实现了涤纶织物表面银-镍双层镀,借助SEM、EDX和TG对镀层表面形貌、成分以及热性能进行了分析,并对化学镀织物电磁波屏蔽、吸音和拉伸性能进行了测试.结果表明,涤纶织物化学镀银-镍后热分解温度有所下降;银-镍双层化学镀织物的电磁波屏蔽效能明显好于镀镍织物,镀层的致密性和金属成分对电磁波屏蔽效能影响显著;化学镀织物的吸声性能与原织物基本相同,在高频波段,吸声系数略大于原织物;化学镀织物的拉伸曲线同时具有金属和纤维的拉伸特性,主要受金属镀层厚度影响.Electroless silver and nickel plating on PET fabric is operated. The surface appearance, component and thermal behavior of plating is investigated by means of SEM, EDX and TG. The electromagnetic shielding performance, sound absorption and tensile properties are also measured. The results show that the decomposition temperature of Ag-Ni-coated fabric is lower than that of PET fabric. The shielding effectiveness (SE) of Ag-Ni-coated fabric is larger than that of Ni-coated fabric and is greatly influenced by the density of metal and its component. Compared with PET fabric, the sound absorption coefficient of electroless plating fabric does not change in low frequency, but is larger in high frequency. The tensile properties of electroless plating fabric characterize the tensile behavior of metal and fibers and are mainly influenced by the thickness of coated metal.
