摘  要:为满足密封用毛条卷绕的需要,应用现代设计方法,研制了一台密封毛条恒张力卷绕装置.文中通过分析卷绕机的工作原理,首次提出伺服驱动导丝器的往复成形机构、且导丝器可随着密封毛条卷绕直径的增大而逐渐升高的设计方案;讨论了恒张力卷绕机理及用软件来实现卷绕特性的方法.设备运行结果表明,该卷绕装置的张力波动在允许范围内,满足了工艺要求,实现了自动控制,已达到预期设计要求.To meet the request of seal strip winding, applying modern design approach, a new winding device for constant tension of seal strip is developed. The design scheme of to-and-fro building mechanism of thread guide which is driven by servo motor and raised with augmentation of winding diameter are proposed for the first time through analyzing operation principle of the winding machine. The winding principle of constant tension and the way for achieving winding special properly with software are discussed. The equipment results indicate that tensional undulation of the winding device is in the range of permission and sufficed the request of technique, the machine is controlled automatically and has reached the anticipated request of the design.
