摘  要:主要介绍了宝钢电厂150 MW专烧低热值高炉煤气燃气—蒸汽轮机联合循环机组(BFG-CCPP)的系统、发电技术优化与应用情况。通过对轻油枪防结焦技术、湿式电除尘器洗净水回收利用、离心式净油机防漏油技术、机组控制、保护策略优化、启动蒸汽汽源选择与改进等技术攻关,实现了BFG-CCPP系统的优化与集成,取得了一批创新性的成果,有效地提高了机组的可靠性和经济性,为宝钢能源平衡、高炉煤气的高效利用、节能降耗和环保做出了贡献;同时也促进了燃烧低热值煤气燃气轮机联合循环发电这项先进技术在我国钢铁企业中的应用和推广。The combined cycling system of the 150 MW low calorie gas-steam turbine BFG-CCPP at Baosteel Power Plant, the optimization of its generation technology and its applications are introduced. A lot of innovative achievements were obtained, which realized the optimization and integration of the BFG-CCPP system, and effectively improved the unit' s reliability and economic benefits with a series of measures, such as light oil gun' s anti-coking technique, recycling of the washing water from the wet electro-precipitator, centrifugal oil purifier' s anti-oil-leakage technology, control over the generators, optimization of protective tactic and tackling key technical problems like selection and improvement of the source for additional start-up steam, etc. All these have made contribution to Baosteel' s energy balance, efficient use of BFG, energy saving and environmental protection. It also promoted application of the low-calorie CCPP technology in the domestic iron and steel industry.
