HCV感染的献血者血清中病毒量的检测及分析

摘　　要：选取１６名经血清ＨＣＶ－ＲＮＡＰＣＲ测定为阳性的ＨＣＶ感染的献血者进行血清病毒含量的检测。这些献血者发生ＨＣＶ感染的期限约２年，其ＨＣＶＲＮＡ含量在１０３．５～１０５．５拷贝／ｍｌ，随着血清中ＨＣＶＲＮＡ含量的增加，ＡＬＴ水平异常者的数量似亦相应增加。由于这些ＨＣＶ感染的献血者均未经过任何与肝炎有关的治疗，所以继续追踪观察的结果将有助于评价血清中病毒含量与ＨＣＶ致病及预后的关系。The HCV RNA content in sera has been detected in sixteen recruited blood donors whose sera tested for HCV RNA by PCR was positive.The time of HCV infection in these blood donors was about two years.The HCV RNA content in their sera amounted to 10 3.5 ～10 5.5 copies/ml.So,the number of blood donors with abnormal ALT level seemed to be increased as HCV RNA content in their sera was risen.As these HCV infected blood donors did not receive any treatment concerned with hapatitis,the result of follow up observation will be useful for evaluation of relationship between HCV RNA content in their sera and pathogenesis and prognosis of HCV.
