摘  要:大型商业银行如何为"三农"提供金融服务,是一个值得认真研究的问题。印度工业信贷投资银行采用合作伙伴的间接渠道,既节省了成本,又为农民提供了良好的金融服务。这为我国服务"三农"提供了有益的启示:要注重机制设计,充分利用社会资源,发展联保贷款和互助组等社会组织;要创新思维,大型商业银行可通过参股村镇银行等间接渠道提供金融服务。How to serve "agriculture, countryside, peasant" with financial services for large -sized commercial banks is a problem deserving careful study. The indirect channel for Indian Industrial Credit Loan Investment Bank to adopt cooperation partner not only saves cost, but also provides good financial services for peasants. Enlightenment can be made from the above mentioned that mechanism design should be stressed, taking good advantage of social resources, developing such social organizations as liable loan and mutual groups, etc. ; it' s necessary to innovate minds, large -sized commercial banks can provide financial services through indirect channels by jointing the equities of the rural and town banks.
