摘　　要：目的:研究Sp110基因rs1135791r、s722555r、s116799831r、s3948464位点基因多态性与重庆市汉族人群肺结核发病的关系。方法:采用病例对照研究设计,检测rs1135791r、s722555r、s116799831r、s3948464位点SNP多态性,用SAS软件进行显著性检验。结果:(1)Sp110基因rs1135791 CT基因型r、s722555 GG基因型r、s116799831 GG基因型r、s3948464 CC基因型在病例组的频率明显高于对照组;(2)病例组rs1135791 C等位基因r、s722555 G等位基因r、s116799831 G等位基因r、s3948464C等位基因频率都高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:rs1135791 C/Tr、s722555 A/Gr、s116799831 A/Gr、s3948464 C/T可能是重庆市汉族人群肺结核易患的危险因素。Objective：To study the association between rs1135791,rs722555,rs116799831,rs3948464 polymorphisms of Sp110 gene and susceptibility to tuberculosis of Han people in Chongqing. Methods：Using case-control study, rs1135791,rs722555, rs116799831,rs3948464 polymorphisms of Sp110 gene were detected. The test of significance was performed with the computer program,SAS Version 8.2. Results：（1）The frequencies of rs1135791 CT,rs722555 GG,rs116799831 GG,rs3948464 CC had statistically significant difference between the case and the control group. （2）The frequencies of rs1135791 C allele,rs722555 G allele,rs116799831 G allele,rs3948464 C allele had statistically significant difference between the case and the control group. Conclusion：The rs1135791 C/T,rs722555 A/G,rs116799831 A/G,rs3948464 C/T polymorphisms of Sp110 gene were possibly susceptible to the tuberculosis of the Han people in Chongqing.
