摘 要:目的:建立川产灰毡毛忍冬金银花药材的气相色谱(GC)指纹图谱。方法:采用GC检测川产金银花药材中所含挥发性化学成分,以芳樟醇为参照物,按"中药指纹图谱研究的技术要求"计算相对保留时间及峰面积比值,标定共有指纹峰。结果:在全面方法学研究的基础上,先后对10批金银花药材供试品进行检测分析,从而建立了该药材的GC指纹图谱。结论:GC指纹图谱中共有18个共有峰,其相对保留时间及峰面积比值可作为川产灰毡毛忍冬金银花的质量控制之一。Objective :To establish the GC fingerprint of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae from Sichuan for its quality control.Methods:With linalool as reference material,the contains volatile chemicals of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae were analyzed by GC. According to the technical requirements of fingerprint on crude drugs, their relative retention time and area ration of peaks were calculated to determine the common featured peaks of fingerprint of the injection. Results: On the basis of systematic methodology,10 batches of sample crude drugs we tested and analyzed thus the GC fingerprint of the injection was established.Conclusion: 18 common peaks were found out on GC fingerprint, their retention time and area ratio can be used as the important paramefers of the quality control for Flos Lonicerae Japonicae.
