摘  要:文章分析了广西脆硫铅锑矿冶炼的现状及火法冶炼工艺存在的局限性,认为生产工艺流程长,中间产物多,冶炼回收率低,低浓度SO2治理难度大,生产成本高,是制约广西铅锑冶炼发展的关键。为顺应环保的要求,指出还原造锍熔炼、矿浆电解法应是未来脆硫铅锑矿冶炼发展的方向。By analyzing the present situation of jamesonite metallurgical process in Guangxi and the limitation of jamesonite thermometalturgical process, it is believed that the long technical process, much intermediate products, low recovery, difficulty of harnessing low concentration of S02 and high production cost are the key factors to restrict the development of Guangxi's lead and antimony metallurgy. To comply with the demand of environmental protection, the paper points out that the reducing - matting smelting and slurry electrolysis process are the trend of jamesonite metallurgical process in the future.
