石斛复方制剂的抗氧化功能和降低血糖作用

摘　　要：通过石斛复方制剂对衰老家兔ＳＯＤ、ＬＰＯ以及血糖浓度的治疗前后以及组间的对比实验，结果表明：该复方制剂具有显著的提高ＳＯＤ（Ｐ＜０．００１），降低ＬＰＯ（Ｐ＜０．００１）以及显著的降低血糖（Ｐ＜０．０１）的作用。表明该制剂的抗氧化作用与降低血糖的作用是一致的。提示其降低血糖的作用可能通过其抗氧化作用使自由基对胰岛功能的损伤减少有关。The Compound Dendrobium had been given to the senile rabbits.The values of SOD,LPO and the concentration of blood sugar before and after treatment have been observed and compared among different group.The result showes that the compound has the obvious effects for raising SOD (P<0.001),reducing LPO (P<0.001) and reducing blood sugar(P<0.01).It is that the effect of antioxidation is in keeping with hypoglyoemic action.The findings indicate that the hypoglyoemic action is probably related to the effect of antioxidation which can reduce the damage of insulinism caused by free radicals.
