成都市医院感染监控网情况分析

摘　　要：成都市医院感染监控网启动一年后，共有２１所医院加入监控网，调查住院病人３８９６例，结果为：医院感染现患率为６．２１％，感染前四位为下呼吸道、泌尿道、皮肤与软组织和胃肠道，与国内有关报道相似；抗生素使用一、二联偏高，分别为６７．７４％和６５．４０％。Network of inspection and control for infection within hospital in Chengdu has been founded in 1996.Under 3896 cases in wards pertaining to 21 hospital,which engaged in the network,prevalence rate,which is the infection within hospital is 621%;the site of infection within hospital is arranged in magnitude of prevalence rate;then it is lower respiratory tract,urinary tract,connective and epithelial tissue,and gastric and intestine tract.The aforementioned situations are the same with other reperts at home.It is higher to use antibiotics in one combination and two combination,one and two combination rate are 6774% and 6540% seporately.
