摘　　要：电力机车主变压器综合自动测试系统足具有多功能的综合大型试验设备,在本系统中,采用工业控制计算机作为上位机控制测试系统的所有试验过程和试验数据记录,可编程序控制器PLC完成各试验功能模块的切换,智能数字化仪表实现模拟量的转换和传输,系统工作稳定、准确,自动化程度高,能够完成SS_7系列、SS_(3B)、SS_(6B)、SS_(4G)等多种车型主变压器、功率补偿电抗器、滤波、平波电抗器、电流互感器的半成品试验和出厂试验;综合自动测试系统的使用大大提高了电力机车主机厂的生产效率,同时也提升了试验过程的科学性和试验操作的安全性。Integrated automatic testing system of main transformer of electric locomotive is a large and multifunctional integrated automatic testing system, in which industrial computer is used as an upper controller to control experiments and save data, programmable logic controller （PLC） is used to convert every functional module, and digital intelligent instruments to convert and transmit analog signals. This system is stable, accurate and has high automatization degree. It can effectively carry out the semi-finished products test and delivery test of main transformer, power compensation reactor, filter reactor, smoothing reactor, current mutual inductor, including SS7, SS3B, SS6B, SS4G. The employment of this system greatly raises efficiency, and improves the safety and scientificity of test operation.
