摘　　要：湖北省利用外商直接投资取得了一定的成绩,但是还存在一些问题,特别是结构方面。本文从国家或地区来源、地区分布、利用方式、产业分布等四个方面分析了湖北省利用外商直接投资的结构,最后提出了相关的建议。Hubei Province has made great progress in utilizing FDI since the reform and opening - up, but there are some problems in utilizing FDI, especially the structure of utilizing FDI. This paper analyzes the structure of utilizing FDI from four aspects, namely the mode, the resource countries, regional distribution and industry distribution. Finally this paper presents some relative suggestions.
