摘　　要：目的探讨连续性血液净化对老年重型肾综合征出血热患者的治疗效果。方法对14例老年重型肾综合征出血热患者应用连续静-静脉血液滤过-透析或连续静-静脉血液透析进行连续性血液净化治疗。结果治愈12例,死亡2例,无明显不良反应。结论老年重型肾综合征出血热患者对连续性血液净化治疗耐受性好,副作用极少,疗效佳。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of continuous blood purification for elderly patients with hemorrhagic fever with severe renal syndromes. Methods 14 elderly patients with hemorrhagic fever with severe renal syndromes were treated by continuous blood purification with continuous venovenous hemofiltration-dialysis or on- ly hemodialysis. Results 12 patients have recovered completely and 2 patients died. There were less adverse reactions. Conclusion Continuous blood purification is one of effective treatments for elderly patients with hemorrhagic fever with severe renal syndromes, which is able to bear,with less side effect.
