摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的价值．方法：回顾分析我院2004年3月～2007年6月腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠81例的临床资料．结果：全部病例得到及时治疗，无手术死亡，无中转开腹，平均住院时间3～5d．结论：腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠具有微创、快速、术后不需止痛，恢复快等优点．Objective： To explore the value of laparoscope in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： Retrospective analysis on 81 cases of clinical data treated with laparoscope in our hospital from Mar 2004 to Jun 2007. Results： All cases were treated in time. No one died in the operation and no one resorted to laparotomy. The average hospitalized time was 3 - 5 days. Conclusions ：The treatment of ectopic pregnancy with laparoscope is minimally invasive, rapid and not necessary to relieve pain.
