摘  要:目的了解大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌连续分离株β-内酰胺酶基因存在状况。方法采用PCR检测浙江地区二家医院大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌连续分离株21种β-内酰胺酶基因。结果检出TEM、SHV、LEN、CTX-M-1 cluster、CTX-M-9 cluster、OXA-1 cluster、OXA-10 cluster、LAP、DHA、ACT-1等β-内酰胺酶基因,并在国内外首次从大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌中发现LAPβ-内酰胺酶基因。结论浙江地区二家医院大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌连续分离株β-内酰胺酶基因携带率高。存在新的β-内酰胺酶基因(LAP)。Objective In order to understand β-lactamase gene status in continuously isolated Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae strains. Methods 21 kinds of β-lactamase genes were detected by PCR in two Zhejiang hospitals. Results There were TEM, SHV, LEN, CTX-M-1 cluster, CTX-M-9 cluster, OXA-1 cluster, OXA-10cluster, LAP, DHA and ACT-1 genes in two Zhejiang hospitals. The LAP β-lactamase gene is found from Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae in world for the first time. Conclusions The β-lactamase gene carrying rate is high in continuously isolated Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae strains in two Zhejiang hospitals. There is new β-lactamase gene (LAP).
