摘　　要：目的探索不同类型脑囊尾蚴病的治疗效果并对其进行对比研究。方法采用回顾性调查方法，对200例确诊的脑囊尾蚴病病例按影像学表现进行分型，通过阿苯达唑、吡喹酮联合多疗程治疗，并对治疗前后影像学表现进行比较分析。结果不同类型、不同时期的脑囊尾蚴病疗效不同。结论活的囊尾蚴病原学治疗后可完全被吸收，不留有后遗症。Objective TO study and compare curative effects of different types of cerebral cysticercosis. Methods The retrospective investigation was carried out to divide types according to expressiones of image of 200 patients with diagnosis cerebral cysticercosis, Through the multi-course combined treatmeat with albendazole and praziquantel and to compare expressiones of image of them before and after anti-cysticercus treatment. Results the result showed that the patients in different stages and types of the disease had different treatment effects. Conclusions It is suggested that living cysticercus could be completely absorbed after anti-cysticercus treatment and no sequelae followed.
