湖南省龙山县2006年医疗机构消毒效果监测分析

摘　　要：目的评价全县各级医疗机构消毒质量，针对消毒管理存在的问题，提出改进措施。方法分别对县、乡、村三级医疗机构的消毒物品进行随机抽样，按卫生部《消毒技术规范》和《医院消毒卫生标准》进行消毒质量检测及评价。结果共监测医疗机构153家，抽样716份，合格501份，总合格率69．97％，其中县、乡、村三级合格率分别为95．87％（116／121）、72．34％（136／188）、61．18％（249／407），其差异有统计学意义（x^2=52．27，P〈0．01）。各类样品中高压灭菌合格率最高（76．88％），空气消毒合格率最低（59．06％）。结论全县医疗机构消毒需强化质量管理和监测，乡、村两级医疗机构是我县医疗机构消毒监测工作的重点。Objective To evaluate sterilization quality in all grade medical institutions of the county, and raise the improvement measures according to the existing problems in sterilization management. Methods Draw the sample randomly from the sterilized items of the county, countryside, village grade medical institutions, detect and evaluate the sterilization quality according to the〈 Sterilization technological specification〉 and 〈Sterilization health standards of hospitals〉 by the Ministry of Public Health. Results In all 153 medical institutions were monitored, 716 samples were drawn, and 501 were up to standard, the total qualified rate is 69.97%, and the rates of county, countryside, village grade medical institutions are 95.87% （ 116/121 ）, 72.34% （ 136/188 ）, 61.18% （ 249/407 ）, and there is statistic difference （x^2=52.27, P〈0.01）. The qualified rate of autoclaving is the highest （76.88%）, and air sterilization is the lowest （59.06%）. Conclusions The quality control and monitoring of sterilization in medical institutions all over the county should be strengthened, and countryside, village class medical institutions are the key points of the sterilization monitoring.
