高校发展性就业指导新模式初探

摘　　要：高校发展性就业指导是根据西方国家就业指导的发展经验和趋势及大学生职业选择、生涯发展要求而提出的一种全新的就业指导理念。探讨了发展性就业指导的内涵和理论依据,提出了发展性就业指导的实践操作模式:即构建发展性就业指导的"金三角"模式,开展同侪辅导,多渠道推进学生政工队伍特别是辅导员的专业化建设。According to the experience in development and the trends of employment guidance in western countries, as well as the occupation choices and career development demands of college students, the employment guidance for students in colleges and universities puts forward a brand-new idea of guidance in employment. This paper probes into the connotation and theoretical foundation of developmental employment guidance, proposing the basic operational pattern constructing the developmental employ- ment guidance： the total triangle pattern of developmental employment guidance and to develop the professional construction of tutorial group through many channels.
