“912”液防治呼吸窘迫综合征的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：观察“９１２”液对实验性呼吸窘迫综合征（ＲＤＳ）的防治作用。方法：以麻疹活疫苗肾上腺素复制家兔ＲＤＳ模型，在此基础上，部分动物分别静注生理盐水肾上腺素（对照组）和中药“９１２”液（治疗组），观察呼吸频率、ＰａＯ２、ＰａＣＯ２、血ｐＨ、肺系数、肺大体及光镜下改变等。结果：静注１小时后，各组呼吸频率、ＰａＯ２、ＰａＣＯ２与注射前比较均无显著性差异（Ｐ均＞０．０５）；模型组静注肾上腺素后ＰａＯ２明显下降，另２组无下降；治疗组注射肾上腺素后１５、３０、６０分钟，ＰａＯ２与模型组比较，Ｐ均＜０．０１；治疗组与模型组比较，肺大体及光镜下瘀血、水肿等病理改变明显减轻，肺系数下降，ｐＨ升高，ＰａＣＯ２降低。结论：以黄芪、当归、丹参等为主要成分的“９１２”液有防治实验性ＲＤＳ的作用，其确切机制有待进一步研究。Objective:To study the protective effect of liquid “912” on respiratory distress syndrome in rabbits.Methods:Twentyfour rabbits were devided into 3 groups randomly.In model group (n=8),rabbits were injected living measles vaccine into the trachea,and by intravenous administration of adrenaline.Saline was injected into the trachea instead of living measles vaccine in control group(n=8) and liquid “912” was administed intravenously in treatment group (n=8).Respiratory rate,PaO 2,PaCO 2,pH,ratio of lung weight to body weight,and pathologic changes were examined in those animals.Results:It showed that no significant changes in respiratory rate,PaO 2,and PaCO 2 were found at 1 hour after intravenous injection as compared with baseline values in 3 groups (all P >0 05).PaO 2 in model group was decreased obviously after administing adrenaline intravenously,other groups were no decreased.There was obviously different between model group and treatment group in PaO 2 at 15,30 and 60 minutes after adrenaline injected(all P <0 01).However,treatment with liquid “912”,the histologic changes such as pulmonary blood stasis and edema were obviously ameliorated,showing abatement of pathologic changes,decrease in the ratio of lung weight to body weight,increase in pH,and reduction of PaCO 2.Conclusions:The results suggest that liquid “912”,mainly containing astragalus,angelica and salvia miltiorrhiza,is effective in treatment of respiratory distress syndrome in rabbits.
