谷物干燥机单位耗热量与处理量折算规则的研究

摘　　要：我国各种型式粮食干燥机的标准较多,而规定的标准环境条件几乎相同。但烘干机在实际生产使用和检测时,试验条件不可能统一在标准规定的状态下,因为没有标准折算规则,所以同一台干燥机在南方和北方或同一时间不同地区,就会出现合格或不合格的不同结果,无法进行科学的对比和评价。《谷物干燥机单位耗热量与处理量折算规则》标准的研究和制订,能够正确、科学和合理地用同一尺度把测试结果折算到一个标准状态下进行比对,能对粮食干燥机的主要性能指标进行正确评价,为干燥机的设计、生产制造和验收提供依据。There are many standards of grain dryers in China, and the standard ambient conditions which stipulated are much at one. But when the dryers were produced, used and examined in practical, the test conditions are impossible unified under the standing operating procedure condition. Lacking of standards of conversion rules, the same dryers at the south or north or the same time at different area can cause and appear qualified or unqualified, so scientific contrast and evaluation can not be made. The standard of《Conversion rule of specific heat consumption and throughput of grain driers》has been studied and made, which can convert the results to a standard condition before comparing with the identical criterion correct, scientific and reasonable. Correct appraisals can be carried on the major performance targets or indexes of the grain dryers, and also the basis of design, manufacture and acceptance of the dryers can be provided.
