重庆地区黑眶蟾蜍Bufo melanostictus肠道3种寄生鞭毛虫的研究

摘　　要：采用活体观察及Giemsa染色方法,对重庆北碚地区黑眶蟾蜍(Bufo melanostictus)肠道内的3种寄生鞭毛虫,即:肠六鞭毛虫(Hexamita intestinalis,Dujardin,1841),巨大唇鞭虫(Chilomastixgiganta,Nie,1948)和堂皇三毛滴虫(Tritrichomonas augusta,Alexeieff,1911)进行了形态学研究,其中巨大唇鞭虫(C.giganta)为中国新记录种。文章对所获3种鞭毛虫还进行了种的清理和修定。Three species of parasitic flagellates （Sarcomastigophora, Mastigophora, Zoomastigophorea）, which habit in intestine of the toad, Bufo Melanostictus, from Chongqing area, were redescribed in this study. These flagellates were Hexamita intestinalis Dujardin, 1841, Chilomastix giganta Nie, 1948 and Tritrichomonas augusta （Alexeieff, 1911 ）. Based on living observations and impregnation using Giemsa＇s stain, detailed descriptions are presented in the paper. The diagnostic features of H. intestinalis ： body oval or elongated, 9.0 μm （8.0 - 11.0） in length and 6.0 μm （3.5 - 7.5 ） in breadth; nuclei oval or elongated oval, measuring 2.0μm （ 1.5 - 3.0） × 1.0μm （0.5 - 1.5） in dimension; a short caudal projection. C. giganta is re-diagnosed as： body pear-shaped or elongated oval, the total length, not including the flagella, 33.0μm （27.0 -43.0） in length and 14.0μm （8.0 - 18.0） in width; with anterior end pointed and poster end terminating in a spike; nucleus round or oval, measuring 5.0 μm （3.0- 5. 0） × 4.0 μm （2.0-5.0 ）. T. augusta is redescribed by： body pyriform or oval, 17.0μm （ 13.0 - 26.0） × 13.0μm （ 11.0 - 17.0） in size; nucleus round or oval, 5.0μm （4.0 - 7.0） × （3.0 - 5.0） in size. Of these three species, C. giganta is the first record in China.
