氯硝柳胺缓释球研制与杀血吸虫尾蚴的效果观察

摘　　要：为探讨氯硝柳胺缓释剂在杀灭血吸虫尾蚴的效果，用氯硝柳胺与红壤、粘合剂和树脂制成缓释球在血吸虫病易感地带进行连续两年的杀蚴试验。结果显示,投缓释球前两年水体小白鼠感染率均为100．0％；平均虫荷分别为9．39条／鼠和7．09条／鼠。投缓释球后30天分别为4．76％和15．63％；平均虫荷分别为0．10和0．91。表明氯硝物胺缓释球能有效地杀死水体中的尾蚴。Niclosamide, red soil, binder and resin were used to make the slow release ball in order to study its effect of killing cercaria. Cercariciding tests were carried out for two successive year on the transmission sites of schistosomiasis. Water infectivities determined by the sentinel mice infection were 100% in the two years before the test, with mean worm burden 9. 39/mice and 7. 09/mice, respectively. After 30 days of slow release ball application, the sentinel mice infection rates were 4. 76 % and 15. 63 %, and mean worm burden were 0. 10/mice and 0. 91/mice respectively.This indicated that the solw release niclosamide ball could kill the cercaria effectively.
