成角旋转快速牵引辅以骨痛宁外敷治疗腰突症

摘　　要：目的评估成角旋转快速牵引结合外用贴敷剂“骨痛宁”治疗新近发病的腰椎间盘突出症（腰突症）的疗效。方法200例新发病（1～3月内初发）腰突症患者经用电脑控制的多方位成角旋转快速牵引进行复位后，再辅以用贴敷剂“骨痛宁”治疗。结果近期（随访6个月内）治愈率91．0％，好转率6．0％，无效率为3．0％，总有效率97．0％。复发率2．0％。结论快速牵引与“骨痛宁”贴敷剂治疗新近发病的腰突症疗效显著，且副作用少，值得推广。Objective To evaluate and appraise effectiveness in newly invasion of disk extrusion treated with fast angular rotation and external application of Gu Ton Ning （bone pain composed）. Method 200 cases with newly invasion of disk extrusion （incipient within 1-3 months） after restitution by computer controlled poly direction angular rotation and speedy traction assisted with paste and dressing preparation ＂Gu Tong Ning＂. Resuits Recent sanative rate was 91.0 %, rate of improving was 6.0 %, rate of invalid was 3.0 %, total effective rate was 97.0%, recurrent rate was 2. 0%. Conclusion To use speedy traction with ＂Gu Tong Ning＂ paste dressing preparation for treatment on disk extrusion of recently failing ill, clinical effectiveness is obvious with less side effect, it is worthy to spread.
