摘　　要：针对高速公路国有资产管理存在的问题,结合高速公路管理实际,根据国家政策,提出了加强高速公路国有资产管理的具体思路;从管理组织、基础管理、监控考核、信息管理和监管法律等五方面构建了高速公路国有资产管理体系,以推动我国高速公路国有资产管理体系的建立与完善,促进高速公路的可持续发展。In view of the existing problems of the management of state-owned expressway assets, this article links to the actual management of expressway in accordance with national policies. It proposes specific measures for the strengthening the management system of expressway stateowned assets. From the five aspects of organization management, infrastructure management, monitoring inspection, information management and regulatory and supervising and managing law, it offers a framework of the management system in order to give impetus to its systematic construction and improvement in China, and promotion of the sustainable development of expressways.
