摘　　要：根据我国住房供应结构存在的问题,借鉴西方发达国家住房类型供应经验,提出目前我国住房供应结构调整的重点:一是住房供应类型结构的调整,二是住房供应户型结构的调整。According to the problems of housing supply structure in China, and learning the experiences from developed western countries ,the focus on housing supply structure adjustment in China are：one is the structure adjustment of the type of housing supply, and the other is the structure adjustment of the type of housing area.
