六味地黄汤对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠运动能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨六味地黄汤对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的运动能力影响机制。方法:以D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老小鼠为模型,同时给予六味地黄汤治疗,6周后以全面观察六味地黄汤对运动能力的影响及机制。结果:六味地黄汤能有效延长衰老小鼠的游泳力竭时间、提高衰老小鼠的学习记忆成绩,不同程度提高衰老小鼠心、脑、骨骼肌中的SOD、Na+-K+-ATP、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性,降低心肌细胞、骨骼肌细胞内Ca2+、MDA含量。结论:六味地黄汤能有效防止D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的运动能力下降,学习记忆障碍等多项衰老体征的出现。Objective： To observe the effects of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on the exercise performance of the aged mice caused by D-galactose.Methods：Researches had been done which used the aged mice as models and gave them treatment of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction.Results：It was discovered that Liuwei Dihuang Decoction could effectively prolong the time of exhaustive swimming, improve the learning and memory achievements of the aged mice and the activity of SOD, Na^＋-K^＋-ATPenzyme, Ca^2＋-Mg^2＋-ATP enzyme in the aged mice＇s heart, brain and skeletal muscles in different degrees and reduce the amount of the Ca^2＋, MDA in the muscular cells of the heart and skeleton.Conclusion： It is concluded that Liuwei Dihuang Decoction can effectively prevent the decrease of exercise performance, the obstruction of learning and memory of aged mice caused by D-galactose.
